1. What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, optional phone), wallet and order history, support messages, and technical sign-in metadata: IP address, browser/device type and approximate city/country derived from your IP.
2. Why we collect it
To deliver purchases, verify wallet top-ups, prevent fraud and duplicate referral abuse, alert you to sign-ins from a new device, and provide support.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, IP geolocation).
4. Retention
Financial records (wallet ledger, orders, top-ups) are retained as accounting history. Sign-in and security events are retained for security review. Device approval links and one-time codes are short-lived and are scrubbed after expiry.
5. Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask for account closure from support. Closure does not delete accounting history we are required to keep.
